Readers deserve accurate primary sources
Compliance decisions should rest on authentic notifications, circulars, and portal instructions. Pasting long extracts from government PDFs on a private blog can go stale quickly, mis-format legal numbering, or omit context. We prefer short explanations in our own words plus a direct path to the official site where the reader can see the current version.
Respect for how official content is published
Government and statutory bodies invest in how they publish updates. Mirroring their pages without permission can blur who is responsible for accuracy and can raise copyright or terms-of-use questions depending on the material. We avoid that by writing original summaries and linking to .gov.in and official body domains when readers need the full text.
What you should do before you act
Use EPFO, ESIC, state labour portals, and the income-tax site for anything that affects filings, rates, or disputes. Engage qualified advisors when the stakes are high. Our role is orientation, not a substitute for those sources.
